摘要: Ras-related guanosine triphosphatases (GTPases) couple receptor activity to a number of intracellular signalling events culminating in the control cell morphology and gene transcription. In culture cells, best-understood Ras-dependent pathway involves mitogen-activated protein kinase/extracellular-regulated kinase (MAPK/ERK) cascade. A growing body evidence has recently been accumulating suggest crucial role Ras MAPK neuronal functions connected synaptic plasticity. present review article we discuss experimental basis supporting notion that Ras/MAPK interacts with other mechanisms regulate invertebrate vertebrate behavioural responses such as those implicated learning memory processes.
