摘要: Summary The effect of baclofen was investigated on mossy fiber, Schaffer collateral and perforant path synaptic transmission in hippocampal slices. Baclofen completely inhibits fiber with an IC 50 3.8 μM. lateral is insensitive to baclofen, while the response medial zone partially blocked. does not appear act a GABA like manner.
