摘要: Objective To investigate the efficiency of perforator pedicled propeller flaps for soft tissue coverage lower leg and foot defects. Methods Twenty patients (12 male, 8 females; mean age 28 years, range, 5–75) with defects were retrospectively reviewed. Their had been repaired from September 2011 to October 2013 included five cases injuries caused by spokes, four infection postoperative skin necrosis, two dorsal heavy objects nine car accidents. The areas defect 2 cm × 8 cm 10 cm 20 cm. Fifteen terminal branch peroneal artery posterior tibia flaps, flap size ranging 5 cm 11 cm 12 cm 28 cm. Color Doppler ultrasound was used locate all vessels, calibers which ranged 0.8 mm 1.0 mm. Results The intraoperative coincidence rate color 96.7%. donor sites sutured directly in 12 grafted 8. One case a venous crisis within 24 h that treated removal some sutures drainage. All followed up 1–18 months; survived well pedicles satisfactory appearance. extremely satisfied results repair. Conclusion Perforator have advantages over other pedicle being simple, safe, effective not involving vascular anastomosis.
