摘要: Radiotherapy is a commonly used treatment for cancer and usually given in varying doses. At low radiation doses relatively few cells die as direct response to but secondary effects, such DNA mutation or bystander phenomena, may affect many cells. Consequently it at levels where an understanding of effects essential designing novel therapies with superior clinical outcomes. In this paper, we use hybrid multiscale mathematical model study the well radiation-induced on both tumour normal We show that responses play major role mediating damage low-doses radiotherapy, doing more than due radiation. The survival curves derived from our computational simulations showed area hyper-radiosensitivity are not obtained using traditional radiobiological model.
