摘要: Purpose To evaluate the reproducibility of vessel density calculations using different binarization methods obtained via two commercially available swept-source optical coherence tomography angiography (SS-OCTA) systems. Methods Healthy volunteers were imaged devices, PLEXElite and Triton. SS-OCTA examinations performed a 3 × 3-mm volume scan pattern centered on fovea. A total six used for in ImageJ, global thresholding four local adaptive methods. Resultant values compared between instruments Images 60 eyes from 30 healthy subjects assessed by reviewers who blinded to scanning system used. Results Twenty-two excluded due poor image quality (17 Triton, 4 PLEXElite, 1 eye both instruments, P = 0.003). final 38 23 eligible analysis. Each method instrument led median values. The coefficients variation measurements ranged 0.3% 2.3% 0.6% 4.7% respectively. Local revealed higher than did devices. Conclusions Macular scans with showed good measurements. recorded fewer images had These findings will inform selection proper clinical detection vascular diseases affecting central retina. Translational relevance macular was good.
