摘要: Acetic acid derivatives of the formula: ##STR1## and pharmaceutically acceptable alkali metal salts thereof, wherein R represents radical ##STR2## in which 1 2 , may be same or different, each represent an alkyl having from to 4 carbon atoms, 3 a hydrogen atom methyl n is integer range 0 inclusive. They possess competitive inhibitory activity with respect γ-aminobutyric α-ketoglutaric transaminase as well antianoxic anticonvulsant properties they are useful for treating central neurological disorders whether resulting not cerebral ischemia.
