摘要: Introduction: Methotrexate (MTX), widely used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA), inhibits dihydrofolate reductase and folate-dependent enzymes. Methylenetetrahydrofolate (MTHFR) is involved folate metabolism has been shown to be polymorphic, affecting enzyme activity. Methods: To examine association between 677C>T 1298A>C MTHFR polymorphisms MTX efficacy RA, a total 174 RA patients, treated with plus methylprednisone 4 mg folic acid 5 mg were analyzed.
