摘要: This study evaluated the possible protective effects of cilostazol against myonecrosis in dystrophic diaphragm muscle in vivo, focusing on oxidative stress, inflammatory response and angiogenesis. Young mdx mice, experimental animal for Duchenne muscular dystrophy, received 14 days. A second group mice a control C57BL/10 saline solution. In treatment was associated with reduced loss strength (-34.4%), decreased myonecrosis, creatine kinase levels (-63.3%) fibres stained immunoglobulin G (-81.1%), response, area (-22%), macrophage infiltration (-44.9%) nuclear factor-κB (-24%) tumour necrosis factor-α (-48%) content muscle. Furthermore, stress attenuated reactive oxygen species production (-74%) lipid peroxidation (-17%) muscle, promoted up-regulation angiogenesis, increasing number microvessels (15%). conclusion, present results show that has beneficial More research into potential as novel therapeutic agent dystrophinopathies is required.
