摘要: Objective: To investigate the skin hydrating and anti-erythema activity of gel materials from Aloe marlothii A. Berger ferox Mill. in comparison to that barbadensis Miller (Aloe vera) healthy human volunteers. Materials Methods: Aqueous solutions polisaccharidic fractions selected aloe leaf were applied volar forearm female subjects. The hydration effect measured with a Corneometer ® CM 825, Visioscan VC 98 Cutometer dual MPA 580 after single multiple applications. Mexameter MX 18 was used determine effects material on irritated areas. Results: vera hydrated application, whereas showed dehydration compared placebo. After applications all exhibited skin. readings have similar positive control group (i.e. hydrocortisone gel) 6 days treatment. Conclusion: polysaccharide component species has dehydrating Both potential reduce erythema gel.
