In vivo wound healing activity of a herbal ointment in rat

摘要: Background and objectives: The wounds are still the health tribulations at present time. In research effect of a new herbal ointment (Oppyheal) in treatment rat’s wound has been investigated. effectiveness was compared with Fibrinolysin/DNAse. Methods: Fifty four male Wistar rats were used. created on back cervical skin animals under anesthesia three different sizes. each size group randomly divided into groups. control did not receive ointments. reference given Fibrinolysin/DNAse third treated Oppyheal. products topically used once per day until one completely healed. area measured days 0-20 by standard ruler. reduction calculated analyzed. recovered all examined histologically, p<0.05 considered as significant. Results: results showed significant difference contraction between groups (p<0.0001). ointmenttreated healing features comparison to group. Conclusion: This study may introduce suitable topical ointment, Oppyheal, for care.
