摘要: ABSTRACT There is a strong association between aromatic hydrocarbon responsiveness and N-hydroxylation of phenacetin, acetanilide, p-chloroacetanilide in the livers from progeny appropriate backcrosses intercross involving B6 D2 mice. Mutagenic activity Salmonella test system several 2-acylaminofluorenes were compared using S-9 liver fractions Pretreatment mice with 3-MC increased mutagenic all analogs fraction. No increase found fraction after pretreatment, indicating that correlates N-hydroxylase activity. ANF, an inhibitor 2-AAF vitro, inhibits these first step activation N-acylaminofluorenes into mutagens.
