摘要: Abstract A cross-circulation model was used to induce mild platelet aggregation in the lungs of anesthetized rabbits. Electron microscopic examination and morphometric analysis revealed two phases early process. In phase 1 (nonocclusive aggregation), platelets adhered loosely small numbers there were a 50% reduction number volume 40% surface serotonin-containing granules (β granules). The large dense bodies (α granules) found comprise distinct groups ( α 2 ). increased more than twofold with no change per platelet, while similarly increased, their by some 30%. (occlusive aggregation) closely packed occluded alveolar capillaries, decrease number, volume, granules. However, threefold 40%. β reduced 60% 25%. largely accounted for number. These findings are discussed relation release bioactive substances.
