摘要: SUMMARY The change in volume of cultured smooth muscle cells prepared with four different fixation procedures for transmission electron microscopy was studied. Although the showed swelling after being embedded Spurr's embedding medium, degree depended on particular method procedure used. When measured using compared that fresh cell volume, by two methods swelling, and cellular shrinkage noted other methods. One which caused least amount is recommended quantitative microscopic study vertebrate systems.
