摘要: This chapter includes both experimental and theoretical results on Ramanspectroscopy of carbon nanotubes. Raman-scattering measurements are reported onthe effect using different kinds nanotube samples. Resonance Ramanprofiles (intensity vs. excitation energy), associated with types carbonnanotubes have been obtained from a quasicontinuous change the excitationenergy. Experimental plots optical transition energies as function thenanotube diameter experiments can bedirectly compared calculations. In theory part, we haveinvestigated Raman spectra first-order process in terms ofexcitonic states their interaction photons phonons. We comparethese former basis theelectron–hole pair picture. show that intensity shows uniquechiral-angle dependence for single-wall
