摘要: Red cells, serum and plasma samples of 20 individuals, selected for their C4 allotypes, were distributed from Bonn to five laboratories, investigation Chido (Ch) Rodgers (Rg) determinants. One anti-Ch (M.H.) one anti-Rg(Prest.) distributed, but the individual laboratories also used own reagents typing methods. There was general agreement in interpretation majority samples. Partial inhibition Ch Rg detected. Two gave anomalous results; sample with A1,3 BQO, QO had determinants on red cells (partial inhibition), another A3,4 B5, apparently lacked plasma. Heterogeneity anti-Rg suggested testing perhaps, reflecting a quantitative effect. This heterogeneity confirmed by studies. The capacity some detect partial probably reflects qualitative as well differences.
