摘要: Nanotechnology is finding ever increasing application in the life science arena where nanoparticles can be used to deliver cargoes cells. However, a clear understanding of relationship between chemical properties particle and its uptake efficiency lacking. Herein, effects on cellular following modification with variety spacers, all bearing positive charge, but differing length, influence formation protein corona are investigated. Although no significant differences composition detected, spacer length influences nanoparticles. These findings will allow target-orientated functionalisation particles increase specificity uptake.
