摘要: Nanoparticles have gained considerable significance in the life sciences due to their ability be internalised by living cells and relative ease with which they can functionalised cargos ranging from molecular sensors biomacromolecules. However, scope of available bioconjugation methods is limited new bioorthogonal are much sought after. Herein, we present dual (HO)2B/H2N-polymeric nanoparticles conjugated via amide bond formation and/or Pd-mediated Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling a chemoselective manner. These dual-functionalised particles were found efficiently taken up mammalian without toxicity successfully employed cellular delivery intracellular release “turn-on” probe thereby demonstrating potential use for chemical biology applications.
