摘要: Human neutrophils were studied for their capacity to release cartilage proteoglycan matrix-degrading neutral protease in the presence of rabbit ear treated with various immunologic reactants. Extracellular discharge and β-glucuronidase from purified was provoked by cell contact heat-aggregated immunoglobulin G but not normal G. Neutrophils incubated also both rheumatoid serum, synovial fluid, or cryoprecipitates fluid. The greatest amount lysosomal enzyme occurred when interacted that had been either fluid Methyl prednisolone sodium succinate, triamcinolone acetonide, vinblastine, colchicine reduced granule enzymes human neutrophils. Normal serum inhibited markedly activity neutrophilic protease. Rheumatoid a lesser extent. These studies indicate are capable releasing degrading during immobilized reactants certain anti-arthritic drugs can inhibit this
