A Sensitivity Algorithm for the Long-term Transmission Planning Formulated with Two-step Optimization Procedure

摘要: Abstract In general, the problem of optimal long-term facility planning requires 0,1-type (binary decision) investment and has two-step optimization procedure. The main is for decision dynamic investment, its suboptimization calculation system operation cost at each stage. This paper presents a new sensitivity algorithm that stabilizes search procedure solution aforementioned control by considering effects binary not only on but also investment. proposed devised especially transmission (LTTP) in characteristic structure with variables have to be considered deliberately.
