摘要: This paper deals with an expert system approach to the optimal long-term transmission planning (OLTP) problem. In this study, (ES) which can emulate planner's heuristic knowledge is explored resolve various difficulties of OLTP. realization ES, state space method adopted for problem representation. Each represents network configuration in specified time and a transition configuration. The defined as sum present values construction cost annual operation power system. latter minimized sum, economic sense, total generation fuel failure formulated Linear Programming (LP) method. To find solution space, Branch-and-Bound (B&B) technique newest-first best-first search using investment priority index described. Finally, developed ES OLTP applied 5-bus/3-year sample case study. >
