摘要: Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) is the most potent curative therapy for many malignant and non-malignant disorders. Unfortunately, a major complication of HSCT graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), which mediated by tissue damage resulting from conditioning regimens before alloreaction dual immune components (activated donor T cells recipient’s antigen-presenting cells). This leads to release alarmins triggering pathogen-recognition receptors that activate innate system subsequently adaptive system. Alarmins, are endogenous origin, together with exogenous pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) elicit similar responses danger signals represent group damage-associated (DAMPs). Effector immunity activated PAMPs or can secrete other amplify responses. These complex interactions loops between particularly at inducing then aggravating GVHD reaction. In this review, we highlight role these damaging molecules their signaling pathways. Interestingly, some DAMPs organ specific GVHD-induced have been shown be interesting biomarkers. Some even potential targets novel therapeutic approaches.
