摘要: The range of mechanical measurands considered include spatial variables, velocity, acceleration, mass, force and other physiomechanical qualities such as viscosity, hardness phase concentration. Attention is drawn to the problem terminology classification. Transduction techniques used in a large number sensors are described by numerous line diagrams each with brief explanation. Some indications given trends future development from which it concluded that electronic optoelectronic microchips could play an important role sensor technology future.
