摘要: We have characterized the morphology of yeast endocytic pathway leading from plasma membrane to vacuole by following trafficking positively charged nanogold in combination with compartment identification using immunolocalization t-SNARE proteins. The first compartment, termed early/recycling endosome, contains t-SNARE, Tlg1p. next prevacuolar Pep12p. After transport where vacuolar enzymes are seen on their way vacuole, content is delivered late endosome and both which devoid Pep12p immunolabel. Traffic reduced strains mutant for Rab5 homologs, Vps21p, Ypt52p, Ypt53p vps27 cells. On other hand, traffic early recycling less dependent homologs does not require Vps27p.
