摘要: We examine the role of solvents in performance pentacene devices using ferroelectric copolymer poly(vinylidene fluoride-co-trifluoroethylene) (PVDF-TrFe) as a gate insulating layer. High dipole moment solvents, such dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), used to dissolve for spincasting, increase charge carrier mobility field-effect transistors by nearly an order magnitude compared lower solvents. The polarization Al/PVDF-TrFe/Au metal-ferroelectric-metal is also investigated. An remnant ∼20% observed sample DMSO solvent. based shows hysteresis its displacement curve even at lowest measured voltage, indicating that dipoles are more ordered initially.
