摘要: Aptamers are single-stranded deoxyribonucleic acid or ribonucleic oligonucleotides generated in vitro based on affinity for certain target molecules by a process known as Systematic Evolution of Ligands Exponential Enrichment. can bind their with high specificity and selectivity means structure compatibility, stacking aromatic rings, electrostatic van der Waals interactions, hydrogen bonding. With several advantages over monoclonal antibodies other conventional small-molecule therapeutics, such affinity, negligible batch to variation, flexible modification stability, lack toxicity low immunogenicity, aptamers becoming promising novel diagnostic therapeutic agents. This review focuses the development potential therapeutics autoimmune diseases, including diabetes mellitus, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, myasthenia gravis, systemic lupus erythematosus.
