摘要: We analyzed the T cell-independent production of IFN-gamma in severe combined immunodeficiency (scid) mutant mouse. Spleen cells from scid mice secreted high levels response to heat-killed Listeria monocytogenes (HKLM), but not cell stimulus ConA. This was ablated by prior removal adherent macrophages. secretion vitro preceded rapid TNF and inhibited addition neutralizing mAb TNF. Moreover, injection with anti-TNF increased severity infection live macrophage activation for class II-MHC expression. Finally, expression were also an antibody asialoGM1, a reagent known impair host NK function. These results suggest that is critical cytokine pathway mice.
