摘要: Abstract Despite speculation concerning the accuracy of self-reported information, particularly from certain patient populations, many neuropsychologists continue to estimate premorbid intellectual functioning on basis educational attainment. This study examined 116 individuals with diverse diagnoses [i.e., alcoholism, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), schizophrenia or schizoaffective, and dementia] determine their high school Results suggest that at least half all participatts were inaccurate as defined by discrepancies between actual estimated GPA greater than .5 a traditional 4-point grading scale. Most patients in direction overestimating Patients diagnosed alcoholism PTSD significantly less accurate recalling history when compared group normal-control subjects.
