摘要: We present a comparative analysis of spontaneous and coherent Raman scattering on pyridine. The instantaneous excitation the molecular coherence is done by pair ultrashort preparation pulses. Then, long narrowband probe pulse scattered off vibrations. described hybrid technique allows for single-shot acquisition background-free spectrum within band its straightforward comparison with measurements, performed in same setup. report 105-fold increase efficiency process due to broadband pump-Stokes preparation. magnitude (~0.5×10−3) inferred experimentally, without priori knowledge about structure.
