摘要: The effects of octenidine and pirtenidine on yeasts (in particular Candida albicans) have been studied. MIC MCC values established as well the inhibitory growth, budding germ tube formation. drugs were shown to cause extensive leakage cytoplasmic contents from cells which was correlated with morphological ultrastructural changes in yeast.
