摘要: We studied the association between reproductive factors and bladder cancer incidence in a prospective cohort study of 37,459 Iowa women aged 55–69 years initially free from 1986. Women reported history were followed prospectively through 2003. After adjusting for age smoking, there was an inverse at menopause incident (n = 192). Compared with ≥≥48, hazard ratio (HR) 1.32 (95% CI; 0.90–1.94) 43–47, 1.60 1.06–2.39) ≤≤42 (p-trend 0.02). The associations similar ages natural surgical menopause. In addition, bilateral oophorectomy had increased risk compared those who did not undergo oophorectomy: HR 1.58 1.12, 2.22). Finally, indication positive shorter lifetime ovulation 0.09). There no first birth, number births, menarche, use hormone replacement therapy or any other characteristics. This provides evidence that is associated earlier postmenopausal women. © 2006 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
