摘要: The response of the s.c. implanted murine mammary carcinoma NU-82 to 10 and 20 Gy γ-radiation was followed by in vivo 31P-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy on 48 mice during a period 2 days. During first 8 h after dose Gy, ratio ATP/inorganic phosphate increases value 120 ± 15% (SE) control value. This rise is decrease 74 12% 47 h. However treatment with causes ATP/Pi gradually level 45 7% Histological investigations demonstrated that radiation-induced necrosis largely contributes this phenomenon. time observation irradiated tumors displayed no changes size intracellular pH. After as well phosphodiester decreased intensity. By extracts tumor, two phosphodiesters were identified, glycerophosphocholine glycerophosphoethanolamine.
