摘要: We demonstrate a mechanically-compliant polymer interface, between standard fiber cables and nanophotonic waveguides, with passive self-alignment at both the chip connections. show peak transmission of −1.8dB less than 0.7dB penalty over 100nm bandwidth all polarizations.
