摘要: Provided is a transparent carbon nanotube (CNT) electrode comprising net-like (i.e., net-shaped) CNT thin film and method for preparing the same. More specifically, comprises substrate net-shaped formed on substrate, electrode, forming using particulate materials CNTs, then removing to form film. The exhibits excellent electrical conductivity while maintaining high light transmittance. Therefore, can be widely used fabricate variety of electronic devices, including image sensors, solar cells, liquid crystal displays, organic electroluminescence (EL) touch screen panels, that have need electrodes possessing both transmission properties conductive properties.
