摘要: Early detection of invasive and pre-invasive neoplasms the aerodigestive tract will ultimately improve management patients with these lesions. This paper describes use quantitative fluorescence imaging early squamous cell carcinomas in an animal model. Dysplasia, carcinoma situ cancers were imaged exploiting tumour autofluorescence. Mapped biopsies obtained from areas determining a sensitivity 100% specificity 80%. Autofluorescence is excellent method detecting tract.
