摘要: Abstract The structural, vibrational, magnetic and dielectric properties of polycrystalline BiFeO 3 Bi 0.95 Pr 0.05 FeO are investigated by combining X-ray diffraction, Raman scattering spectra, magnetometry measurements. Structural symmetry with rhombohedral R c phase is revealed for both parent 5% substitution at site, serving no chemical pressure causes structural transition from to any other identified diffraction patterns spectra. shifting phonon modes towards higher frequency side attributed lower atomic mass ion as compared ion. measurements room temperature indicate that induces ferromagnetism discerns large non-zero remnant magnetization compare pristine . Both permittivity loss factor strongly decreases increased frequency. Significant role hopping oxygen vacancies in inferred modulus spectra ac conductivity analysis.
