摘要: Objectives Fatigue is one of the most common and troubling symptoms multiple sclerosis (MS), heat often reported as a trigger. Although it assumed that this sensitivity specific for MS, evidence disease specificity limited. We studied relationship between fatigue, sensitivity, environmental temperature, its MS. Materials methods We compared 88 MS patients with 76 ulcerative colitis (UC), another chronic auto-immune disease. As important outcome measures, physical mental ambient UV-light levels were determined. Results More to UC (53.4% vs 35.5%, respectively, P = 0.016). However, heat-sensitive equally fatigued heat-insensitive patients. Climatological data, including day temperature amount UV light, not related fatigue in both MS. Conclusions Our findings support assumption regarding has an MS-specific component. experience objective assessment by climatological data could confirm this.
