摘要: Background Collateral growth is induced by chemical signals from the ischemic myocardium. We hypothesized that angiogenic factors are produced cardiac tissue; they diffusible, more concentrated in pericardial fluids, and increased myocardial ischemia. Methods Results With use of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, we measured concentrations basic fibroblast factor (bFGF) vascular endothelial (VEGF) fluids 12 patients with unstable angina (group 1) 8 nonischemic heart diseases 2). The levels protein were quite comparable between two groups (34±2 versus 32±4 mg/mL). concentration bFGF group 1 was 2036±357 pg/mL, significantly ( P <.001) higher than 289±72 pg/mL 2. amount per milligram also <.05) 2 (67±15 12±4 pg/mg). VEGF tended to be 1, but difference statistically insignificant (39±7 22±6 pg/mL). 1.2±0.3 pg/mg similar 0.8±0.4 2. Conclusions This finding provides new evidence plays important role mediating collateral humans.
