摘要: Experimental and simulation data concerning fragmentation of 238 U ion beam in aluminum, copper, stainless-steel targets with the initial energy 500 950 MeV=u are collected paper. A rangeverification technique based on depth profiling residual activity is presented. The irradiated were constructed stacked-foil geometry analyzed using gamma-ray spectroscopy. One purposes these experiments was induced nuclides projectile fragments. Among fragments, special attention paid to 237 isotope that has a range very close primary ions. Therefore, can be utilized for experimental verification primary-beam range, which demonstrated discussed compared computer simulations by FLUKA, SRIM, ATIMA, as well complementary experiments.
