摘要: Optimal ratios of pharmaceutical compositions β-1 and β-2 agonists with their respective antagonists. Safer, more cost-effective drugs for heart lung therapies are made by combining specific antagonists to prevent desensitization cellular receptors, reducing some the unwanted side-effects agonist alone. Determining optimal concentration an antagonist or inhibitor, which is necessary desensitization, without causing unnecessary inhibition, creates a new class pharmaceuticals. To derive optimum ratio composition, formulative method provided detail how competitive receptor should be combined agonists, in proportions, maximize maintain response throughout drug administration. The “optimal ratio” methodology used determine agonist/antagonist experimentally verified validated compositions. Alteration practiced account pharmacokinetic/dynamic differences between animals humans within human populations.
