摘要: Despite much debate as to the validity of different models agonism, there is apparently very little choose between them in practice. However, most experiments test various have used classical isolated tissue systems. In these systems, response that measured far removed from receptor activation, and it likely properties events at may be masked by more distal processes. this article, Mary Keen examines effects agonists on responses follow, closely, activation G protein-coupled receptors. The data appear inconsistent with any current agonism.
