摘要: In this letter, the influence of metal films and dielectric waveguides on radiation characteristics light emitting diodes (LEDs) is investigated. Cross hexagonal surface grating structures are used to excite plasmons waveguide modes in these media. A beam divergence as small 17° achieved for a coated with 40 nm Ag film.
