摘要: Nerve growth factor (NGF) and analog reagents to promote the neurite outgrowth of nerve cells against neuron degeneration are expected be potentially useful for medical treatment Alzheimer's disease. In our focus on discovery bioactive diterpenes, we investigated chemical constituents plant Croton yanhuii. This investigation led isolation identification two novel clerodane diterpenes (1 2). Their structures were elucidated basis extensive 1D 2D NMR (COSY, HMQC, HMBC, NOESY) mass (ESIMS HR-ESIMS) spectroscopic data analyses. Further biological screenings showed that both compounds enhanced NGF-mediated from PC12 cells.
