摘要: Background: hGH has been widely abused as a doping agent in sports for many years. There are some important approaches the detection of doping, and ratio 22:20 kDa GH was considered one most suitable indicators abuse. Currently, effective anti-GH antibodies related reagents needed to develop method, particular, highly specific anti-20 monoclonal prerequisite.
