摘要: Abstract Following the successful production of recombinant 20K-GH, several studies investigating physiology this GH isoform have been undertaken. In report, we review its biological effect, measurement and secretion. To use serum 20K-GH level in detecting abuse, new method has established 22K-GH, were measured normal subjects athletes, no abnormal results found among athletes. Another study confirmed that 22K-GH increased remarkably decreased following exogenous administration 22K-GH. The duration was relatively short, approximately 24–36 h our other studies. increase ratio, 22K-GH/20K-GH most suitable indicator abuse. Studies supported by WADA undertaken collaboration with an Australian Group. A approach for assay beads platform is being developed. It concluded direct a valid scientific approach, although positive short. Our will be useful combination marker method, out-of-competition test or target cases. Furthermore, application doping passport considered to possible future strategy.
