摘要: : Interest in using DSC to study the interaction between different compounds and biomembrane models has increased last 20 years. This is confirmed by number of published research studies concerning feasibility investigating behavior molecules, such as local anesthetics, anticancer drugs, anti-inflammatory antioxidants, antibiotics, peptides, proteins, polymers, surfactants, genetic materials, macromolecules, also drug delivery systems (DDSs). This chapter provides a general consideration current applications evaluating biomolecules models, which will be presented more thoroughly succeeding chapters. In particular, detailed description technique for studying DDSs with biomolecule toxicity provided, taking into most recent literature.
