摘要: Physalis angulata (PA) is employed in herbal medicine around the world. It used to treat diabetes, hepatitis, asthma and malaria Taiwan. We have evaluated PA as a cancer chemopreventive agent vitro by studying role of regulation proliferation, cell cycle apoptosis human breast lines. inhibited proliferation induced G2/M arrest MAD-MB 231 MCF-7 In this study, under treatment with various concentrations MDA-MB line, we checked mRNA levels for cyclin A B1 protein B1, Cdc2 (cyclin-dependent kinases), p21(waf1/cip1) P27(Kip1) kinase inhibitors), Cdc25C, Chk2 Wee1 relative factors) phase. From those results, determined that arrests cells at phase (i) inhibiting synthesis or stability their downstream (ii) increasing P27(kip1) levels, (iii) Chk2, thus causing an increase Cdc25C phosphorylation/inactivation inducing decrease level. According results obtained, appears possess anticarcinogenic properties; these suggest effect on phosphorylated/inactivated are mediated activation, least part, via cyclin-dependent inhibitors pathway carcinoma cells.
