摘要: The effect of alpha-tocopherol on the structure and thermotropic phase behaviour 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-phosphatidylethanolamine dispersed in excess water was examined by synchrotron X-ray diffraction differential scanning calorimetry. Small- wide-angle scattering intensity profiles were recorded from mixed dispersions containing up to 20 mol% during temperature scans over range 10-75 degrees C. These showed that a domain enriched separated pure phospholipid mixture. This tends have inverted hexagonal which coexists with bilayers depleted alpha-tocopherol. dimensions are dependent proportion Phase separations also manifest calorimetric evidenced appearance multiple peaks at temperatures corresponding transitions observed experiments. 0-20 as results been used construct partial diagram mixture shows has marked tendency partition form an assumes hexagonal-II structure.
