摘要: A 5 yr old castrated male whippet presented with a unique presentation of ambulatory paraparesis and subsequent diagnosis primary intracranial choroid plexus carcinoma, metastases to the cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacral spinal cord segments. Magnetic resonance imaging was performed initially thoracolumbar vertebral column followed by MRI sequences brain for confirmation presence tumor. The dog euthanized immediately following diagnostic due severity clinical signs poor prognosis. Postmortem examination confirmed diffuse metastatic lesions cord. To authors' knowledge, this is first description findings metastasis carcinoma in dog. Additionally, case demonstrates arising from lesions. This confirms importance extensive neuroimaging investigations when suspecting tumors evaluating response treatment regimens.
