摘要: The control of the secretory cell cycle by estradiol and progesterone in oviduct cat was studied using light electron microscopy. epithelium ovariectomized animals cuboidal with no evidence activity. Estradiol treatment induced hypertrophy, hyperplasia, differentiation both ciliated cells. Differentiation included development an extensive area basal rough endoplasmic reticulum a large supranuclear Golgi region. Apical granules were already present after 3 days treatment, 4 to 5 maximum hypertrophy had occurred. Most cells contained several apical electron-dense granules; however, accumulation any one ever observed. Occasional release product exocytosis occurred during chronic estradiol. Rapid elevation serum levels or means IV injection did not enhance result ultrastructural alterations. administration estradiol-primed resulted rapid atrophy, dedifferentiation, death (apoptosis) within oviduct. Secretory longer observed 2 7 approximately same height as that measured animals. These data illustrate induces maintains mature state oviductal cat, has immediate antiestrogenic effect on these This study also suggests is released gradually, form administration.
