摘要: Hereditary diffuse gastric cancer is an autosomal dominant inherited predisposition syndrome characterized by susceptibility to and lobular breast cancers. Since current screening options for are ineffective, prophylactic total gastrectomy (PTG) a recommended option unaffected germline CDH1 mutation carriers. It unknown whether pregnancy after surgery possible or advisable due potential maternal nutritional deficiencies. In this report we describe the outcomes in three positive women PTG negative woman early cancer.
